We are able to accept personal cheques in both
Canadian and US Dollars as well as Euros. Please contact us if you
would like to find out the current exchange rates. |
We can accept only personal cheques or money orders.
Cheques must be made to the order of Laura Bradbury.
To secure reservations, a non-refundable deposit of
50% of the total rent payable must be made, and sent along with your booking
form.
Cancellation Policy - Our cancellation policy is as
follows:
- Unless we are able to rent out the cancelled period to
other guests, in which case you will be fully refunded, the reservation deposit remains non-refundable but if we receive written notice of cancellation more than 30 days
before the date of arrival, you will owe us no further outstanding balance.
- There will be no refund of the balance if cancellation is
made by written notice or otherwise 30 days or less before the date of
arrival unless we are able to rent the house for this period, which we will make
every effort to do.
